Bread Machine Pizza Dough With All Purpose Flour
A simple yeasted pizza dough recipe using all purpose flour designed to be used in a bread machine

- 1 ⅛ Cup Warm Water
- 1 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 ⅓ Cup All Purpose Flour Bread Flour can be substituted
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Sugar
- 1½ tsp Quick Rise Yeast
Add each ingredient in the order listed above to the bread machine
Set bread machine to "dough" setting and let it run until complete
Once the dough is done, roll it out onto a floured surface
Lay rolled dough onto a greasted 16" pizza pan
Add toppings and bake for 10 minutes at 500℉
You can substitute bread flour for the all-purpose flour. Both are delicious but have slightly different textures.
My bread machine "dough" setting is 1 hr 30 min, but this may vary by machine
Make sure warm water is below 105 degrees F to keep from killing the yeast
