Homemade Peanut Butter Granola
A quick and easy recipe for fool-proof peanut butter granola in under 30 min

1 Baking Sheet
1 Parchment paper
- 2.5 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Honey
- 2 tsp Vanilla
In a small bowl, mix Peanut Butter, Vanilla, and Honey together until completely combined.
In a large bowl, mix together Old Fashioned Oats and any other mix-ins of choice
Pour Peanut Butter, Vanilla, and Honey mixture from small bowl into the bigger bowl and combine thoroughly
Pour out mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread it out to make an even layer across the entire sheet.
Bake for 18-22 minutes at 300℉
For the granola pictured, I used an additional 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup sliced almonds, and 3 Tbsp chia seeds.
If you choose to use dried fruit, add this in after baking while the granola is still hot from the oven
