Homemade Peanut Butter Granola

A quick and easy recipe for fool-proof peanut butter granola in under 30 min

Equipment

  • 2 Bowls
  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix Peanut Butter, Vanilla, and Honey together until completely combined.
  • In a large bowl, mix together Old Fashioned Oats and any other mix-ins of choice
  • Pour Peanut Butter, Vanilla, and Honey mixture from small bowl into the bigger bowl and combine thoroughly
  • Pour out mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread it out to make an even layer across the entire sheet.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes at 300℉

Notes

For the granola pictured, I used an additional 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup sliced almonds, and 3 Tbsp chia seeds. 
If you choose to use dried fruit, add this in after baking while the granola is still hot from the oven
