How To Melt Crayons
Recycle broken crayon pieces in a free, easy way! Give those old crayons a new life in a free activity your kids will love!

Remove all paper from the outside of the crayons.
Fill the tins with crayons. Cut or break crayons until they fit without overflowing.
Bake at 375℉ for 8-10 minutes
Let cool (about 20 minutes)
Place the tin into the freezer for another 20 minutes. This will allow the crayon wax to seperate from the tin making them pop out easily.
Make solid color crayons or "crazy crayons" with lots of colors!
Before using the new melted crayons to color, wait until they return to room temperature (after being frozen). If they are still cold when you try to color, they will not work well.
