Ingredients
  

  • Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, honey, and peanut butter together in medium sized bowl
  • Using a spoon, scoop out 1½-2 Tbsp at a time and roll into a balls
  • For best results, let the protein balls sit for 1 hour in the fridge to solidify before eating.

Notes

You can eat the peanut butter protein balls without refrigerating, however, the refrigerator makes them less sticky.
 
Additional toppings to add could be mini chocolate chips, coconut, chia seeds, sprinkles, raisens, etc
