Cheap and Easy Homemade Bread Machine Hamburger Buns
These delicious hamburger buns will give you better taste and cost less than store bought buns!

- 1-1/4 cup Whole Milk
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 t tsp Salt
- 3-3/4 cup Bread Flour
- 1-1/4 tsp Instant Yeast
- 1 Egg
- 1-1/2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Pour the milk, egg (beaten), sugar, salt, bread flour, and instant yeast into the bread machine in that order
Set bread machine to the "dough" setting and press start
When the cycle is finished, roll out dough onto a floured surface to about 1/2" thick.
Use the rim of a wide coffee cup to cut out 8-10 buns (depending on thickness of dough)
Place buns onto 2 parchment covered baking sheets. Leave room for rise. Cover with a tea towel and let sit for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350℉
When buns have risen, brush tops with an egg wash (beaten egg) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown on top. Remove from oven and cool before eating.
